Wednesday, New Year's Eve day

Happy New Year everyone.
had dinner out w h. & we got a turkey ham.
I have some ent. Show on and will try to digging out in the kitchen. Used the new vacume upstairs those rooms look better. Still trying to get conga-ing and ex. Done.

Gassed the van and got the check in the mail, but had to drive to the post office proper to do it as the little shopping area near us with the mailbox was so full that the turn lanes both directions to get into it were backed up. Trader Joes is in that shopping area, and I suspect that was the destination of the crowds.

Dfriend R just arrived.

--Well, this sat here for 5.5 hours. LOL! We've had dinner, which was very yummy. We started by eating S' appetizers while watching the end of Frozen, which dfriend E had never seen. After dinner, I helped clean up and then made apple crisp. Everyone chatted in the living room, then when the crisp was in the oven, dfriend R and baby J went home and the rest of us played Apples to Apples. After many rounds, we ate the apple crisp with ice cream. I cleaned up the kitchen again, and the dw is running again, the 3rd time today, 2nd time this evening. Now, we're hanging out and goofing off until midnight.
