Frozen apples are good in pies, cobbler, crisps, no I do not use lemon in them freezing the seems to keep them from turning brown.

I peel them first the cut them in 1/4ths remove the core then slice, put them on the cookie sheet one slice thick maybe 2 freeze, then bag up for use later and but them in the big freezer.

I may try raw apple cake.

thank you d Nancy! I am going to try this!

todays cards pulled:

bedroom:
-dust
-empty some things out of closets (temporary cards.

.truth be told - I have asked dh not to put clean laundry on the dining room table- cats would fall asleep on the -laundry and we would have to wash it again - so dh told me my laundry was done and I told him to bag it and put it in my closet... I could have taken 15 minutes to hang up the laundry but nooooo I told him to bag it.)
truth: In December I went to laundry mat and washed a bunch of laundry and put the folded laundry in black bags... IT'S STILL IN MY CLOSET IN THE BAGS.. ;)

-working in desk area - I am making progress

I got out the Easter story book and bunny toys, moved the tree and stuffed calico Christmas bears to the storage area. Laundry is going.
