Thank you LM for sharing your box ideas for the children. I need think of my schedule like that. several small and a fun thing each hour. I have got back to making a list at least. I never did use the box for as long as I took trying to put one together.
dog is at groomer today. Bad dog mum just brushed him once this last week. And haven't cut out all the knots and stuck in seeds in prep. He will be definitely be needing a jacket tonight. Nor have I gotten round the yard looking for certain sticky seed plants. The mowing is done at last, so one sort is gone for now.
k. need make a list of things to do, hope to do at some stage, and other side of page can be the incidentals done along the way.
other to do systems are kanbanflow and sciral consistency

Sadie - Congratulations!!!!
DH and LO are outside playing catch (baseball). I have my feet up for a few minutes before starting the next couple of hours.
I used Fitbit last night to track sleep and was shocked that I am sleeping so little. I thought I was near 7 hours of sleep but it showed 5 hours 16 minutes. I remember getting up when DH got home from MPB, and another couple of times for bathrm....oh and there was a couple more times when DGD3 needed some attention, but I fall back to sleep instantly so I didn't realize how little sleep the bits-N-pieces of sleep added up to. I am going to continue to use Fitbit to monitor sleep until I can get it back up to 7 hours a night.

So much here I want to respond to. . . .Thank you Twins and Kitty. Thinking about Dee's family's journey unexpectedly brought much to the forefront of my memory.
Thanks for more to do system ideas, Lynlee.
((Twins)) I can't say anything else.
Congratulations, Sadie! How wonderful and exciting!
The ideas for keeping kids organized sound fabulous, LadyM. I could have used that years ago.
Happy for the decisions today, Dee. Hoping you and Dd and the rest can have a relaxing evening.
Well, I'm obviously home from payroll, have made and eaten dinner. It still needs to be cleaned up - that will be next. Dh has gone to a church meeting. Then, I need to make a small quiz for my class for tomorrow and work on laundry.
Today is dd17's birthday! We won't celebrate as a family for a few weeks - you all know our family's odd traditions - but I did get her some chocolate. Her friend group at school gave her "the birthday bag," which travels from girl to girl on each girl's birthday, filled with gifts of chocolate, gift cards, a new ipod case, and a stuffed animal. She has a very nice group of friends at school, for which we are extremely grateful. They are nice well-adjusted girls who eat lunch together every day and are very supportive of each other. They have similar tastes/obsessions in books and shows, like LOTR, Star Trek, the Princess Bride, and Sherlock. Many of the girls are band kids. Apparently, another girl has her bday tomorrow, so dd17 won't keep the bag for long.

Home from supper. The walk is 3000 steps in each direction but we detoured and picked up groceries on the way home so that added up 7400 steps. Which got me over 10K for the day (I was only at 2800 at 5:30!)
Missed lunch today so had a larger than usual dinner and then just had a single microwave s'more and a glass of milk. Hope I'm not over my points for the day now.

Hi again everyone! I finally quit procrastinating and did the child support calculations. The x is not going to be happy, because it is lower than I had (erroneously) calculated earlier. Too bad. I am certainly not paying him MORE than I owe. I have been on the edge for a while and paying $150 less will certainly help. Especially since I have unplanned car payments now.
DD13 wanted Chinese tonight (big surprise). The x is temporarily on night shift for 2 weeks and she does not like that, but recognizes it as a temporary annoyance. After she left, I had to get more cat food and replace a bathroom light. The church webwork has not been done, nor have I determined the price of the money order for the court.
DD did solve the dragon scale scarf problem for me. I am running out of yarn, so she picked out another color to continue with. I also found out that we can get a free membership to the children's museum through the local autism society. The museum has added noise cancelling headphones for kids with noise sensitivity like DD. I have sent off for the membership.
I still need to do cat care, fix tomorrow's lunch, and lay out clothes for tomorrow. But the child support worksheet is DONE!
