WTG LadyM!!! It’s really difficult for me to eat Chinese because they use so much salt in everything. Norma and Mr Guy loved eating at those buffets

I, like you are able to get info 100ozs of water using that 15 sips. I already have 1/2 of my water in for today.

Short on steps yesterday but hopefully I’ll get them all in today early in case I get hit again with a headache.

Focusing on eating more protein .. chicken, fish and eggs… also some cottage cheese and yogurt. Need to keep an eye on my dairy count cause it does effect my weight if I indulge too much.

Nancy… wish I could join you on your early morning walks… it’s so cool to see deer in the wild. Bet they like your apples!

I got in four laps, about 1.3 miles, this a.m. with the dog and entered my breakfast on MFP. I can enter breakfast every day, but I fall apart by 4 p.m. snacking and eating things that aren't so good for me.

Twins…. That was happening to me… hungry around 3-4. I added more protein like chicken or hard boiled eggs to my breakfast and lunch and that helped. Now when I get an afternoon craving I eat some chicken or a hard boiled egg.

I made a blunder yesterday but i am still counting it as a mostly successful day of staying attuned to taking care of my body. I know I cannot be perfect every single day. Some days I will make a wrong decision but if I don't quit trying then I am pleased with myself. I continue to log everything I ate (blunder and all) in cronometer.

I did a good job making healthy food decisions at the Chinese restaurant. I mostly stuck with steamed shrimp, steamed fish and cooked green vegetables.
My blunder was bringing home a couple freshly cooked pizzas for the teens, so I didn't need to cook.
I was tired and hungry and there were those beautiful big freshly cooked pizzas just staring at me. It is too big of a challenge for me to resist. I ate 3 pieces of pizza.

Sleep - Need to improve. Three nights in a row of 5-6 hours of sleep instead of normal 7.5 hours.
Morning Mile - Day #31
Morning papers - Day #6
Cronometer - 1746 calories.
Hydration - over 100oz
Golden Hour - day #3

LadyM…I keep hands on food for those occasions that you posted. I make sure I have something that doesn’t take time to prepare… usually shredded chicken that I can heat up in the microwave or throw into a premade salad. Much easier than stopping to make something.

If I don’t I’m doomed. I make pizza .. store bought for Sweetie all the time. While his pizza is cooking I heat up my chicken, add some jarred pasta sauce and some mozzarella cheese. They are stapes in my fridge. With all your teens around you might need some sort of container that dares hungry eyes to open it.

Scrambled eggs are also a go to for me… but the trick is I do not have to stop, chop or cook anything. I also buy frozen Atkin dinners that only take minutes to cook. And I am especially mindful of what’s in my fridge is I know I’m bring home delicious fast foods. Or I buy a double burger with no bun with extra lettuce and tomatoes for me so I don’t feel left out.

It’s all a mind game, but keeping pre-prepped food in my refridge has been a game changer for me.
