I think I left my list behind today. Too tired to do the extra stuff. I didn't go out tonight either. My head still hurts a bit. I guess it was a somewhat productive day made myself do the basic stuff.

Someone commented I am good at self care. I have to be. I'm recovering from my low spells. If I push myself too hard I get anxious. I deliberately make myself take days of no guilt for rest. Or the other way around doing something that makes me happy. I hope it stays that way but I haven't had any severe panic attacks for a while now.

Except I'm looking at my new yarn. My head is too tired tonight to try starting the blanket. I'm making a blanket for the bed that's in the craft room. Except the color is saying it might yet be done on time maybe it will be a house warming gift when ds and ddil find a house.... she has black and Grey accents. They're looking for a place. Hopefully sooner than later.
