I lost my pen that fits into hip pad. what to do? Order another pen or switch to a different size paper?
I'm testing out a different size paper to see if it will work.

I am working on incorporating some healthy habits in to my week.
Wts./ wall push ups did five pound weight was a bit much to start with so #3 one it is. Did the arms today ten lifts as I March around the house.
Up downs with a arm out and opposite leg out on the floor up on the knees have not done this yet.
Heel lifts wondering if stairs count? LOL!
Resistance Bands could be wall push ups.
I am using another size pad.
I like the size however it does mean I am losing the ability to always have it in my pocket with me.
Is the trade off worth it?
I don't want to give up always having pen/paper in my pocket with me. I kept hoping I would find the lost pen but am about to give up and purchase another one. I went online to purchase the exact same pen and saw that it included two pens. That prompted me to search through my desk drawers and was THRILLED to find the second pen still packaged in its velvet pouch. I will be more aware of this pen to make sure I put it back into the 3x5" spiral pad after each use.

The hip pad & pen are back in use, and all feels right in my world. Well, not entirely, but it does give me some reassurance that I’m ready to tackle the day.
Now, the mystery remains... What will I do with this extra paper planner? hum..
