It is Pizza Nite here.
Salad too.
Lunch salad and cookie.
Last nite soup.
When my kids were young I had them plan a meal and cook one nite a week dson us a great cook! This freed up time for me and eased up some guilt on date night.
One crock pot meal a week gives left overs and helps especally when I had an extra long day of granny duty. Eating at home helps if family members like me have dietary restrictions.

tonight: oscar night - ours is spent watching the red carpet and the show so tonight is salad (lyonnaise), fruit kabobs lol to make it fancy, I also have prepackaged artichoke dip and veggies cut.
sent out food prep to outside families
I am trying to cut my food bill - and now that d temporarily adopted son is in his new place lol I think its possible.

I feel for families trying to eat vegetables and fruit because they cost so much... I wish and want, those who can, to ship vegetables and fruits to food deserts on a regular basis. I was shocked on how much of my food bill is now vegetables and fruit.

a squeeze of anchovy paste, 1/4 tsp pepper (pinch) - throw in food processor to the consistency you like - rough chop or smoother. - I add tomato paste sometimes for something different)
