dinner april 25, 2014 grilled italian sausage - I ended up being gone the entire evening but dh and older dd had the italian sausage) sauteed tri-color peppers  , sun dried pasta salad  ,

dinner april 26 saturday ended up not home all day again
Soy/brown sugar Salmon  during the week
Carrots and orange and dill
Risotto cakes

April 27th gone all day again - kids said there was nothing in the fridge... I think what they mean is there is no dinner made. Yes there wasn't anything "instant" to make but they could have come up with something from the freezer plus fresh veggies and fruit.

our lives are now going into summer mode - my cooking is going to change. My experimenting and growing my skills will be put on the back burner as reality of being outside and enjoying summer and family means more veggies, fruit, salads, easy meals and barbecue moments.
