I have salmon for dh and I already cooked, still spring veggies,
dd younger I am making eggs benedict as she doesn't eat fish and I have been wanting to practice 2 types of hollandaise sauce (maybe give some to neighbors for dinner)
lunch: tuna salad already made, with lettuce and fruit on side

Re: What's for Dinner?
Tried something new last night called "Coney Island Taters." It's basically ground beef and onion with bbq sauce added. (I also added chopped up pickles). Put that over a baked potato and add shredded cheese on top. Or do what I did and add a can of small whole potatoes, drained, and then put cheese on top.
How you do your work is a portrait of yourself.
