Ivy You reminded me I have to order ink for the printer - we can't buy refills at Costco for this printer and I'm out of coloured ink.

Lucylee Yes, tracking every penny I spend takes a lot of time but it got me $33 back from Costco on those non functioning headphones (I could tell them the purchase price and date and they looked them up in their system and refunded my money.) And it made retirement planning easy since we really did know how much we spent on things like food, dining, entertainment, travel, house repairs.

I've finished writing and have sent the travelog. Yay! I might post a couple of the pictures here tomorrow so you can see my sister and my uncle.

I have sorted through the Halloween stuff and determined what I am going to use and what I am not. I have set out some things and reserved lots of stuff for DD to help me with. I found enough stuff that I can make a witch costume for myself. DD is coming as a Union drummer boy soldier. She has gotten a lot of mileage out of her civil war costume. Now I am going to get the rest of Halloween out of the garage (only a few items, but good ones). I have a dishwasher load going that has a lot of Halloween stuff in it. I guess I should set up Death in the corner somewhere too. I hope he is easy to set up. This is the first time I have ever had to do the Halloween party all by myself. A friend (xfriend? she's dating my ex and hasn't spoken to me in 2 months) had promised to help me, but she is not even coming to the party. She is taking her son (DD's favorite friend) to a museum sleepover.

After this I think I will watch something mindless and then go to bed. DD will want me to pick her up from daycare as early as possible tomorrow for the decorating.
