Everybody's probably in bed by now because it's 9:37 p.m. here on the West Coast.
I spent the evening watching a TV show fund raiser for a Children's Hospital and it featured Jake Finkbonner, who had the miracle, which made St. Kateri a Saint recently; our first Native American Saint! It was great to see that segment.
I had some snail mail letters to do, I just couldn't "face" sitting and hand-writing every single letter! So I wrote 6 computer letters, 1 sheet, included comics, articles, "feel-good" ones, and recipes. Now I'm done, I'm low on postage stamps, so when I'm out, I'm out. I need to crochet for a grandson's gift, the baby girl and clean house for Christmas, etc.... So even if I don't write letters until after New Year's Day, I'm sure people would understand.
Anyway, it's so nice to get them done.
Touch the earth, love the earth, her plains, her valleys, her seas. Rest your soul in her solitary places. ~Henry Beston
