(((Harmony))) it is no wonder that you are so tired. You wear many hats on a daily basis. I admire your perseverance. You continually tie a knot and keep hanging on.
Dd1 still has not asked what she needs to bring for the 2 meals. She always is so helpful. I told dh it is not the cost of the food, we can afford it, but to have some help would be nice. This is such a touchy subject, that I am just going to plan like they will be here and if not, we'll have extra food.
Tonight dh gave me a really big hug and I heard something pop. He said it was my lower back and I thought it was him.
I have all of dd2s gifts wrapped except 1 for each kid. She had bought them a karaoke machine and then a karaoke cd for each kid. She can wrap those.
Dd2 called earlier and wanted to stop by when they get to town and show us the puppy. Dh went on to bed but I'm still waiting.
Dh has a cold, as does dgs20, dd2, dgd3 and I. At least after the first few days, I wasn't miserable.

(((
Lilac))) Ouch!
MT, I also stack/organize dishes when washing them by hand. DH is in charge of dishwasher dishes, and I do not approve of his method, but after 35 years, I have learned to choose my battles, and this isn't worth it.

(((

Just looking through topic review, so I'm missing a lot, I'm sure. I've tried to cuop somewhat during the day, but I basically just slept until time to go look at the lights w/ds, ddil, and dgs.
We had a nice time. Ate at a Japanese restaurant, then went to this big frozen yogurt bar where you make your own "sundae" with dozens of toppings to choose from -- first time dh and I had been there. It was one of ds/ddil's discoveries and they have just carried on about it ever since, so we thought we should give it a try. Then drove through the light display -- someone's home not too far from here, we don't know the people, but it is a local "attraction." We didn't know anything about it until ds & ddil found it after they married.
I've only had one dose of the antibiotic so far, so I'm not feeling a LOT better, but as I told ds & ddil, I have meds, I have hope.
Maybe I can get to bed earlier tonight and get a little headstart on tomorrow, too.
Tomorrow...
[ ] bake cookies
[ ] meet w/dbil
* y'all pray for us *
[ ] pick up monogrammed sweatshirts from dfriend
[ ] finish wrapping presents
[ ] laundry
[ ] maybe(?) help dmom

I daresn't go back and look at my list on page 2!
Presents are over half wrapped, the ones that are gift cards have to be made up still.
Ds had some boxy ones that dh did nicely. Then there were three that ended up in towels and in pillow cases. I'm in the process of decorating the three to make them 1) The Grinch, 2) a Snowman (done!) and 3) probably a reindeer but I need a brown towel or blanket and can't find one.
Cranberry sauce is made. Had to pull out the second cooler to put on the balcony to cool the sauce and handle fridge overflow. Found our bedroom humidifier when I did that!!! So will plug that in tonight and hold off setting up the one I bought tonight at the store. Both are for 'sick' rooms. The one I own is hot, not cold mist so less suitable but will do for tonight.
Off to bed as soon as I write ds and remind him about dinner tomorrow night.

Dd2 and crew are safely home. They were too tired to run by and that was fine by me. I jumped into my pjs and said "ahhhhhhhh".
I am getting bruises in places that I hadn't even thought would bruise.
I have a load of jeans in the washer. I will hang them to dry and start a load of towels. Then I will head to bed.
I have my grocery list in my head. Will need to get it on paper in the morning. I have gotten so spoiled with 24 hour a day access to WM and the grocery store, that when they both close for 36 hours at Christmas, I almost panic, because what if I need ? or ? or ? I am going to plan enough meals for a week.

Watching the mnf game looks like they are getting the weather we had on Fri.
Last load in the washer twins now. I got the traffic areas in the kitchen spiff some in the bathroom.
