Harriet… so glad your husbands report was so good. Know that brings you such relief!

I’m just keeping on. My diet bet is over tomorrow I think, and unless something unforeseen happens I will
Win this one. I am under my needed weight to win but I’m still holding my breath until it happens.

This has been a sedentary week, and I have done a lot of snacking while tied to the desk this week. I have made the 52,500 step goal for the week - I hit it this a.m. I was only able to workout once. Even tho I didn't want to go yesterday, I went. I did finish off a bag of salted mixed nuts. It was too easy to grab a handful when we took a break. I suspect the pound I gained this week was caused by the salt.

The coming week will be another "not normal" week with the holiday in the middle. I'm working out on Monday and Tuesday because gym will close Thursday and Friday for long weekend. We'll be with friends at the river on the fourth - they have invited a lot of people to drop in. I need to keep up my walking - I'm keeping the goal the same.

I've got to get my eating on track!

I have unofficially won my diet bet!. Sent in the picture of me on my scale so you could read what it read and also a complete picture of me standing on my scale. Now I wait for it to be verified. That will take up to 24 hours to hear from the judges.

In the meantime I’ll just stay focused and keep doing what I’m doing. I’m in it for the long haul. :D:
