When I put my focus on one area then that results in removing my focus from another area. Whatever receives my focus improves while ignored areas start declining. How do I get balance? hum....

I am working on learning to put on my oxygen mask first principle. I can take better care of all the other people & responsibilities in my life if I first take care of myself. Developing one habit a month has been extremely helpful. I rely on SHE cards to remind me and help improve my being consistent. It is definitely a work in progress.
Ya'll I have to tell someone or I might bust. The speed of my extremely slow weight loss is frustrating, however
it is happening. I have lost over 30 lb and am .3 lb away from seeing the middle number on the scales change for the 4th time. I am pausing to celebrate the moment before returning to the regularly scheduled program.

LadyM, WTG with the weight loss. You are so consistent with your eating and reporting that it awes me.
I have finally stabilized my weight back down after the KY bourbon/genealogy trip and this morning was rewarded with getting into pants a size smaller. The last time I tried this size on was March maybe, and I've been too intimidated to try again, lol. My current pants wardrobe feels baggy however. Small victory.
