Twins… around 100 grams of protein
I calculate it this way. My ideal weight times .7 will give me what I need. That’s about 94 g for me so I just rounded up to 100.
135 x .7=94.5 so I just use 100
No sugar and eating low carbs. I do drink 1/2 cream with my coffee and eat 3 meals a day

I went down the rabbit hole that I mentioned yesterday - the stats on my Renho scale. I weigh myself daily, before coffee, after bathroom, in my pajamas in the a.m. In addition to losing 11.4 lbs I reduced body fat by 2.8% and subcutaneous fat by 2.2%. The downer is that my muscle mass decreased by 2.4 lbs, probably as a result of not eating well while losing weight and not eating enough protein.
So increasing muscle mass will be a goal this year, in addition to maintaining weight lose and losing body fat.
Right now still focusing on alcohol free, but going to start track protein. My usual breakfast which I had this a.m. is about forty grams, including the milk in coffee, two eggs plus an egg white, and ricotta or Greek yogurt. Working out again today.

It was a rough day for me.
Did t get all my protein, water or steps in.
However I did have a NSV. As bad as the day was I didn’t stress eat! Oh I wanted to eat some of my “no” foods to make me feel better and I mentally fought myself over it, but I didn’t give in.
And for my reward, the scale was good to me

It is too soon to tell.....but I can't help looking at the data and wondering if it could possibly be true....or maybe it is just a fluke.
Comparing this week and last week data
8:49 hours last week eating window
7:45 hours this week eating window
Weight has dropped 2.8 lbs.
Steps have gone up. I'm averaging 8600 steps a day now.
My energy level is staying high for the entire day (14+ hours).
Can giving my digestive system a break (aka fasting) everyday really make that big of a difference? It isn't logical. I'm not convinced. I'm going to continue to collect data and listen to my body.

Stress is not my friend. I was upset yesterday dealing with teenager attitude.
I overate late at night to the point that I was physically sick and lost 3 hours of sleep.
Now begins the process of getting back on track. I know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it—I just need to actually follow through. And most importantly, be kind to myself.
