I also filled out the registration for the nearby Univ. honors band -- and wrote a nice check to go with it. I just want credit for that bit of paperwork finished.

I have run my errands: craft store, grocery store, pharmacy. And I HAVE FINALLY GOTTEN THE PICTURES IN ORDER!!! Now all I have to do is burn them to DVD and give them to my friends. I have not done anything on the LR, but I have taken care of the cats and had my shower and put on my PJs. Now I think a mindless video and crochet is in order. Perhaps I will also do a little bit in the LR.

I never realized how long my station wagon really is until I parked the rental in the garage. I can walk all around it and don't have to worry about opening the back hatch and hitting the door. The funny thing is the 61 Comet is as long as the wagon and was considered a COMPACT in its day.

I just remembered, I still need to pack tomorrow's lunch. Turkey again because that is all I have that is cooked.

I didn't cuop today because I was busy writing letters and crocheting for our future granddaughter.

I've been reading here and there in the forum this evening.

Just wanted to say "HELLO!" and I was thinking of all of you today. I lurked when I had time, too. :D

Have a good night, Everyone and a Terrific Tuesday, too! :D

Made cookies tonight from a yellow cake mix with almond flavoring added. They are good and were so easy to do. If I'd had a few sprinkles or colored sugar, they would pass for Christmas cookies. Wish I'd known how to do this when my kids were small. Thanks Kathryn and Nancy!

DS called. Sounds like he and DDIL are excited to come here on the day after Christmas for a few days. Need to plan some special meals. One will be lasagna. That was our standard Christmas Eve meal way back when kids were growing up. Then we switched to Chinese food somewhere along the way! Will have ham on Christmas day with DD here. So we will have leftover ham. Also can't go wrong with chili...just need to decide what to have when...
