Lilac, I wasn't at ER at a hospital. I was at a separate clinic, at a different location, for Urgent Care. A lot of folks go there, instead of a hospital ER. Also, we noticed how several people came in, looked at the filled up waiting room, looked frustrated and left. We assumed they were going to try for ER at the hospital instead.

LadyM, that's super about LO's turn-around in his health! :)

I've noticed 2 very large loose-flying floaters in my left eye since dinner. The flashes of light are less though and the stationary doughnut hole shadow isn't there. I looked on-line at:

http://www.medlineplus.com

to read on detached retinas, surgery, and other diagnoses it can be, too. Interesting. It sounds like the previous vision to the eye might remain the same, for the rest of my life, though. I could only read line #3 on the eye chart today. Before, it was line #8. At least the right eye sees line #8. Too bad we don't have 3 - 5 eyes across our foreheads though. Wouldn't that be neat? :?: ;) Oh, well. That's life, I guess.

Just watched an action movie, then "The Grand Budapest Hotel," and now DH has the football honors show on. We're quite excited about Super Bowl Sunday and are pulling for our Seahawks, of course. I'll get out my blue and green clothes, for tomorrow, too. :P ♥ Need to write a PODA. I've got some "Action Cards" written, but this morning, my action kinda went down the tubes, since I called the insurance co.'s nurse. I cannot recall if I took my QVAR, for asthma maintenance control or not. When I was walking with DD on the cell phone, I got an asthma attack, had to use my inhaler, and don't know if it was because I "might have" forgotten QVAR this a.m. or not. I just cannot remember. :o With a PODA, I put a check mark on that line, like:
-QVAR: _ _ and then I check the a.m. dose and p.m. doses, as I do them, to keep me on track, so I don't forget. But I thought the Action Cards would be better for me to try, but it didn't work 100%. :( I'll continue to have Action Cards on hand, because I love shuffling through them, and crossing off what I got done. :) But it's evident how the PODA's something I shouldn't give up now.

Helia, Good luck on your fire. :!:

LucyLee, You got a LOT DONE! :P

Oh, I forgot to say something. I had my Helen Steiner Rice Day Planner in my purse today. (I got a new terra cotta leather purse, with a b-day gift card, at Target!) I never-ever even read my same day planner, with her poetry, Bible Verses, etc.. in my 2014 one! But I loved its layout. This one, today, I read poetry, Bible Verses, from November 2014, on the 1st of that month, through until July 2015! It's a lovely way to relax, to smile at her beautiful poems, and the verses were calming, too. I sure enjoyed that, especially the poems about Spring, tree blossoms, birds, and nice things like that. It was relaxing. (Never eat a jumbo bran muffin for breakfast followed by a strong cup of coffee and then head for Urgent Care!)  At least their restrooms were nice, too, and not full of other patrons. ;) There was 1 store in town, their bran muffins made me so sick, but these others, from Albertson's are wonderful. They put wheat germ on top of them, too. I used to use wheat germ on and in so many things, when I was young; like 28 - 45, or so. I need to get some more.

Oh, I'm rambling. I need to dry 1 LOL and start 1 more. I don't want to do LOL on Super Bowl Sunday or on Monday, if I can help it. I have other fish to fry, so to speak. ;)

Have a Great night, Everybody! :D

....clicked the wrong button and lost my post. Trying to remember what I replied:
Hi to you also, Blessed!

Yes, Harriet & Dee, that is the number I saw on our Board Index page. I sometimes watch that number to follow how many posts since I last read pwyc.

Lynlee, hope this new election turn out to be a good government for your state.

FFriend, I'm sorry you had to go to ER for your eye. Hopefully you will have an easy time with surgery if it is needed. I will pray for you.

LadyM, I'm glad LO is feeling better. ((Hugs)) for you both!

Nancy, What kind of wagon did you get? I'm sure it will be helpful with all the yard work you do.

Lucy, looks like you got a lot done today. Certainly more than I did!!

Thank you for all the good thoughts for dh. Yes, it was a frustrating morning, for both of us. Dh gets so discouraged and feeling like he is useless when this happens. He did tell ds#1 about it when ds called this afternoon. He doesn't always want to say anything.

Yes, muscle weakness is one of the specific side effects of Lipitor. I'm not sure if that is so with all of the other statins. About 10 years ago I was taking it for about a year when I started to get leg cramps, especially at night. Dr. took me off it right away and said to try red yeast rice. It worked better than the L., brought the numbers down better. Dh had an episode where he couldn't get out of bed one morning. Called ds#2 and we got him to ER. First thing they did was take him off that L. Cardiologist had done a research on red yeast rice because so many of his patients were asking for that as an alternative rx. His notebook was 3 inches thick and he recommended the one brand he thought was best of all available. http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/nature-p ... M3GFC4e1AU. (This is so long; I hope it shortens when I submit) It works well for dh; his cholesterol numbers are always good now.

Lilac, your roast dinner sounds so good! I hope your dh's rx works well and gives him relief. Hope you enjoy your tomorrow, whether you go to SB party or stay home!

Lilac -- who is Ruby and why did you have to change her diaper?
Also -- I am so sorry about the death in your family. I saw your post in J&C. Praying.
Tomorrow is another day.
