TAKE CARE OF MYSELF daily focus -
Sleep = 7hr 52min. Monthly average= 7h 23m
Hydration - over 100oz
Morning Mile before coffee - Day #83
Morning papers before internet - Day #58
Cronometer - Day #57
Music = Joy - Day #51
Oral Care before D2S Day #38
Golden Hour exercise before PJ's. Day #10 (Personal record to beat = #43)
7k steps before frozen treat. Day #10 (Personal record to beat = 13)
August health goals -
Calories 1399 calories or less. Actual =1016 Monthly average = 1249
* Protein 40% or more. Actual 37% Monthly average = 36%
I am reviewing August numbers to give me insight for establishing September goals.
5.3 lbs is the difference in my weight on August 1 and August 31. My weight bounces all over the place and it hit a high bounce August 1st and a low bounce on August 31st. The 5 lb weight loss isn't constant. When I average the numbers then it shows that I lost 2.3 lbs in August.
I want to lose more than 2 lbs a month so i am going to lower my daily calorie goal. I track & monitor the 82 micronutrients to make sure I am giving my body all the nutrients it needs.
I am pleased with my consistency in doing TAKE CARE OF MYSELF daily focus. I messed up once, but I have a plan to rectify that. I would like to think I would continue to do these daily focuses if I quit tracking them. However, I know that without tracking they would one by one fall to the wayside. I am going to continue tracking those in September.
