I'm wondering if I should use this place for my appointment list. Keeping track of my parents appointments and such plus trying to put my own health and wellness as priority. I need to book my lab work which I should have done right away. I also need chiropractor for me and dh. Something.... both of us need help. And ds has appointments sometimes too.

I get a heart when I do something for me? Good food is a problem too. Breakfast is non existent.. lunch when I am home by myself... not very often. Some days supper is the only real meal.

So heart for booking something or attending something 💜.. heart for eating right ✅️

Good enough for now. I'll be back with hearts after I actually do something. That's next...

Edit- Called the school. I didn't actually get a time but his key teachers she emailed maybe they will call me between the times.

Well I’ve stayed on my eating plan, drank 64+ ozs of water and getting in 12-16k steps daily. My weight keeps bouncing around.

However I wondering if some of my meds might be interfering with my weight loss. I am taking a very low dosage of Zoloft for my sleep hi honey, but a side effect is weight gain. So I’m going to stop taking taking it to see what happens.

You know I actually really like your healthy habits tracker Lady M. Better than what I did. Booking or attending something is not an everyday occasion to track. Eating right is. But recording sleep is something that might be eye opening. I think I sleep enough but I am a very early riser. And I could figure out how to track my meals. At least if I ate 3 meals... I don't very often

I don't need to lose weight. Making sure it doesn't go down too far.

I'll take today as extra bonus. I claimed a pto day from work. Exhaustion and headache and just overall need a day off. Probably won't take the whole day as I need to go look after dad a bit this afternoon.

And ds wasn't feeling well and wanted breakfast so I made pancakes and eggs. And been trying to drink more. I don't do that either.

Only thing is to do this detailed I have to give myself grace cause I give up really easy if I don't keep up. So anything is better than nothing.

So heart for
- booking something or attending something 💜❤️💚
- eating right ✅️
- drink water 🚰

Tracker

- Sleep 12- 445?
- 3 meals 💛

I had 2 setbacks yesterday. Both are frustrating to me but thankfully they are both temporary.
** Dermatologist treatment with liquid nitrogen resulted in 11 blisters across my body. They will heal in a couple days if I keep them clean and covered in Vaseline. Not letting them get infected while healing is top priority.
** My laptop blue screened resulting in the loss of 11 days of data in spreadsheet. This greatly frustrates me because this type of data loss should never happen. I can recreate the data but first I need to finish pouting about it.

setting my timer for an hour.
***Pouting in earnest*** during this time
Giving myself a round of applause for excellent pouting.
Now that is done.
It is time to pick myself up, dust off the past failures while acknowledging I will never be perfect so quit acting like failure won't happen and get started again.

WTG, Nancy!

RRose, thank you! I'm not officially watching what I eat (I think that may be Helian or L.Ann?) but I *am* trying to eat more fruit and veggies, drink more water and reduce my consumption of added sugar (I've got an intolerance to most artificial sweeteners, so anything containing those is a big no no. I'm learning to like the "unsweetened" varieties :D ), and also try and cut out as far as possible ultra processed foods. Reading labels has been an interesting experience! I do still eat chocolate, but it's a very "good" quality chocolate with no palm oil or emulsifiers or anything else like that. Of course, it's considerably more expensive, so I now eat far less chocolate than I used to  The same goes for ice cream - I've found a very good quality ice cream that contains only about four ingredients, all of which are natural, and a price rag to match. That is now a very occasional treat. (Another win! :D ) I make my own cakes, so I know what's in them, and as I only usually bake once a week, once it's gone, it's gone. I don't usually buy shop-made biscuits, snacks etc. (DH does smuggle in crisps and snacks, but he keeps them in a drawer up in the spare room/ office for those days when he WFH  )

I could probably do with losing a few kg, but I'm very aware that there are eating disorders running through both sides of my family, :( and, as at present, I have a "good" mindset towards food :D , I don't want to do anything like counting calories / points etc that could possibly risk triggering something, especially
as I can be quite competitive. That's also why I very rarely weigh myself. But I do know they can all be very helpful for other people .

Lady M, the treatment sounds very painful. I had one tiny "thing" zapped with liquid nitrogen years ago, and it was not nice! Sorry about the data loss, that's so frustrating. Is there a way of backing up your spreadsheets somewhere?

Laura, you're doing well! Making appointments is important, but can seem overwhelming if there are lots to do, so making a list and marking things off as you go shows you're making progress .

Saturday - I've done my exercises this morning - 22 hearts.
