This has been a challenging week of activities. I am pleased that I was able to hold on to my H&F habits that have been so carefully selected and established. Most of my other SHE cards have been neglected due to being overcome by events. I will restart those SHE cards and get other areas of my life back into the juggling pattern eventually. However, it is a satisfying moment to realize that my H&F habits held during this challenging week.

And just like THAT
>>snapping fingers<<<< it happened. Or rather it didn't happen.
Yesterday I was so pleased that I had maintained my H&F habits and then the SAME DAY i didn't do my focused habit for this month.
I have reasons and excuses to justify why I didn't do my better bedtime routine last night, but the fact remains.... I didn't do it.
I don't expect perfection from myself and know most improvements have some struggles. My evidence of struggling is having to look at the blank spot instead of earning a star. It is what it is.
Moving on....

This is the last week of the month which prompts me to start the process of considering what H&F habit I want to focus on during the month of June.
Something with tangible reward
Something that is challenging
Something that is achievable.
Something that gives a natural hit of dopamine (feel good) when accomplished

June H&F habit consideration and research done on Cardio Fitness load which is a score provided daily by FitBit. I have decided it is not the H&F habit for me to focus on.
My overall health focus right now is to finish losing this weight. At the rate I am losing it will take me another 3 month or so to be at my dream weight. Then i will have to learn how to maintain it. I don't want to lose sight of this major health goal and priority by mudding the waters and focusing on something that will distract me.
Choose the right H&F habit to form needs to support this effort.
Hum....
