Is there a way of backing up your spreadsheets somewhere?
Absolutely. That is why it is so frustrating to me. They were set to autosave every 10 minutes to the cloud. Somehow that setting got turned off and I didn't notice.
Frustration #1 - Why did autosave get turned off? Everything is pointing toward one of the add-ins had a conflict with autosave causing it to turn off. There are 11 add-ins.....so which one is the culprit?
Frustration #2 - WHY didn't I notice that autosave was off? That needs to be a daily verification.
The emotional side of me just gets mad this happened.
The techie side of me finds it a puzzle that needs solving. One of the things that I enjoy about technology is it is logical.
There is a never-ending amount of technology to understand and utilize. It is just a matter of deciding how much time and effort I will give it.

Kittykat …
I don’t eat any thing that you mentioned either…except cakes! It hard enough for me to keep cookies around here for my husband, Sweetie. He is thin as a rail and can eat like a horse.
Following in Nancy’s footstep, but in baby steps. For the last 13 days I have stayed on my eating plan. Drank more than 64 ozs of water and 10+k steps… yesterday it was 13k.

I haven’t gotten on my scales for a few days but will do so in the morning.
I asked my friend who recently lost 20 lbs and is my age how she did so. I knew she was doing low carbs like me, but my results have been really slow.
She had gone to her dr cause the same was happening to her and his response was… you need to eat more. 3 meats a day focusing on protein plus two snack a day.
Remember after my tummy issues I lost my appetite so I was eating less. When I reviewed my 100 no sugar plan which I have been successful I realized that’s exactly what the plan is, so I’ve switched back making sure I eat 3 meals a day even if I’m not hungry, like I am at the moment.
So I’m off to eat my breakfast. Just in 1.5 days I’m already noticing a difference… so with fingers crossed it’s onward.
Got 12.5k steps and drank all my water with three meals of protein

WTG, KittyKatt!
I managed to get in 10K steps yesterday. I did two laps with the ddog when I got home from workout. I was really tired, but the weather was nice and I was a little disappointed in my step count after my workout. Then I "cooked" supper. (Reality: I thawed and marinated the chicken and got grill going, then dh grilled chicken. I baked a sweet potato and sauteed fresh spinach with a little olive oil and garlic.) At bedtime I realized I had 9800 steps so I did a little house walking - laps inside the house - to get there.
My weight dropped slightly yesterday - not enough to change the 10 day average which I use to determine whether I've "really" lost weight (or gained) but that was satisfying. I ate well mostly. I was in a hurry yesterday a.m. because I lolly gagged and had two boiled eggs, berries and yogurt for breakfast, then was hungry for lunch and had a sandwich with turkey and cheese. And our supper was healthy: grilled chicken, sauteed spinach and baked sweet potato.
I have a 57 day streak of weighing myself daily and recording in spreadsheet (which calculates the running average and the "streak"). The streak will come to an end when I leave town on Sunday however. Should focus on consciously getting in some steps next week too.
Healthwise, I am struggling a bit with my trigeminal neuralgia right now. Eating anything or even brushing teeth and oral care is almost impossible after 8 p.m. right now because my mouth hurts. (For new members, the trigeminal nerve is in the face and mouth, and it's like being zapped with a shock on the left side when it's present.)
