I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 23 hearts - I've stopped now, as the days are longer and lighter, and I no longer need it

Clear kitchen table.once a day: 1 heart
Bama, my new habit is to clear the kitchen table once a day. It's supposed to have jist a tablecloth on it with my wooden fruit bowl in the centre. However, it seems to become a dumping ground for "stuff" (yesterday wasn't too bad, but I cleared away DH's magazine he was reading at breakfast, Freddie's harness, and some tupperware that had been left there to air after going through the dishwasher) which drives me nuts, and makes the whole kitchen look untidy. I need to get into the habit of clearing it every, day, so stuff doesn't build up there, and I feel happy when I walk into my kitchen. (If DH could also be trained to put stuff away, that would be wonderful, but I'm not holding my breath!)
