Yesterday I had a headache but still..

Went to class
10K steps
60ozs water
Not much food, just salmon salad
24 ozs Turmeric/ginger tea

Been testing my blood sugar since I have to do it for Sweetie. Yesterday morning and this morning was 114 before breakfast. Think it’s the sugar free Coffee mate I’m using. Switched to that because it has no fat which I’m really watching

Sweeties diet needs to be tweaked to low carb. I already eat that way due to my cholesterol. Will be interesting to see how these changes will affected our health.

NSV… my new pants almost fit. Goal is set for next week… we shall see

looking at my data and doing a little preliminary analysis.
Calories this month are averaging 1376. My percentage of successful days is 44%
Moving hourly so far this month is averaging 9.8 hours. My percentage of successful days is 64%
These 2 challenges are vital to my health & fitness. They are worth the effort of doing better.
If you first don't succeed try try again.
I will be repeating these 2 challenges next month with the goal of beating this month numbers.

LadyM, I love the affirmations.

I'm amazed by RR's 17K steps. I had nearly 12K on Tuesday and felt like I had been hit by a truck.

I ended up with 57K steps for the week - average just beyond 8K daily. That's the most I've seen in a while. I'd like to maintain that level.

I must start stretching. My hips, glutes, and back are complaining nonstop.

I need to schedule my mammogram this week, for after we get home from beach. The notice came before I went to Virginia, and I laid it aside and hadn't circled back to it. This week I also get my permanent crown.

Stayed on eating plan

Had breakfast with my son for his birthday. Tried on new pants… they almost fit

Tried on another new pair which I haven’t worn. Pull ons size. M. Surprise… they are almost too big…I’m not complaining 😂

Time to play catch up. I didn’t realize it has been so long since I posted.

Re mushroom coffee, I ordered mine online, it does take some getting used to although mine has a very mild taste, not bad at all. If you don’t like it but want the benefits, maybe try adding cocoa or other flavorings to help?
