you may not realize how much better you made me feel Dharriet!
I understand about the desk. I can no longer have my desk with my family. I tend to mess up their things especially dh and ddyounger. I am falling behind on my cards here and organizing anything with paperwork in my realm (dh does the bills) I just take care of my and girls credit cards - and figuring out a budget for me and figure out where I spend money. (so far behind).
picking up my gumption too and getting a can do attitude

Making great progress on my chore cards this morning
I finished up all but the dreaded clear dining room table off from yesterday.
Granny duty is underway here now.
Chickens are happy now that they are out and free ranging in the back yard.

Friday November 30
my home: I have been proud of the decluttering I have done in the past and thought I was doing pretty well - lol - I had to empty every drawer and move all things for the furniture on the first floor to be moved into the 3 season room and the garage. Right now I am shocked on how many baskets are filled with things to find homes for or declutter especially misc. papers.
wow dining room 3 large baskets of misc. and christmas items
kitchen I am mortified: all counters are filled with stuff including decorations from all over the house
the front hall chest is filled on top and items inside
I can't imagine what it would be like if I hadn't been decluttering
dh has decided he doesn't have space in his library for any of his binders yet he does so I need to make room - I think because the way it looks as his library is very nice looking
