I am struggling with doing the oral health care that needs to happen every day. Since I am having success in other areas using paper brain method I am going to copy that and apply it to oral health. I decided to give myself an opportunity to earn a star for that task. Apparently I like the ATTAGIRL feeling that I get when i earn that hand drawn star and it is motivation enough for me to do what I need to accomplish. Whatever method works and improves my health is all good with me.

Yesterday I stayed focused on my eating, drank 60 ozs of water and had 16k steps. I walked to and from my community building twice. After attending my karaoke event I walked home after spraying myself with bug spray. My community is gated so I feel fairly safe walking at night. It was a beautiful evening with cool winds and I really enjoyed my walk. Came home and took a swim before I went to bed.
I had planned to walk again this morning, but I’ve been working my body pretty hard this week and it asked me for some time off today. So instead of my 3 mile walk this morning, I’ll just do it tonight. And anytime I read or watch tv today, I’ll do it on my glider.
Right now I’m enjoying just sitting still and drinking my morning coffee. Won’t last long, but that’s ok.

LadyM, what do you mean about "with pictures"? Are you photographing the screen?

I have found it helpful to have pictures of what I eat. The visual record helps with remembering how wonderful it looked and tasted. Appreciation and enjoyment of foods increases my satisfaction. I take a photo of my food and add the picture when I log in the meal, so it is in the note section of Cronometer. When I eat the same meal again, I copy the food entries and note (with picture) from previous day.
** Sleep - 5 hr 59 minutes.
Late night talk with DS15 when he got home from group swimming. It was one of those priceless sharing moments that make losing sleep totally worth it. I am running a bit ahead of my normal sleep time so giving up that hour sleep isn't an issue.

Gaither Band is a bit slow pace for my preference, but the song words makes my heart happy. IMHO

NO walk yet we've had rain but that has created more smoke I think.
We have walked.
Yesterday I saw my shadow and I was hunched over a bit too much so my new habit is posture Check and stretching.
Glad to say it was better today. Bonus points for that!

Yesterday started slow but in the end I was able to get in 12k steps, 7k while on my gazelle while watching my tv shows. Also ate on my plan and got in 60 ozs.
NSV… tried on a few of my “some day dresses” and they are close to fitting again. I am pleased.
