We are a week away from a new month. The decision process starts for me to select a habit to focus on next month that provides positive results in my H&F journey. I’m struggling to think of something for December that can match or surpass the benefits my November habit has given me. I don’t want anything grandiose—just a habit that feels easy, sustainable, and effective.
November’s habit focus (pathways) feels like a huge win for many reasons. The biggest is how it lowers my stress while adding a fun game element.
Me vs Me is my favorite game to play, and getting hourly feedback and wins keeps things manageable while the overall success keeps growing. I’m always pleasantly surprised at the total number of cards I complete each day—it doesn’t seem possible, but the hourly results prove it’s true. It’s the best kind of mind game for this SHE.

I have given up pm snacks and have been adjusting my Rx dose and seem to be doing better.
Plus increased exercise.
