Day 9

Charted food
Steps 7k
Water 54 ozs
No cheats!

Tough day as I was out of the house for over 4 hours yesterday. Wasn’t able to get all my water and steps in. Really fought the urge to eat sweets, but was able to fight eating what I shouldn’t. However to be honest Ed I was really tempted

NSV… my rings are spinning on my fingers 😊 Proud of me for staying so focused

I've done my exercises for today: 26 hearts

I've done 30 minutes with the lightbox: 23 hearts - I've stopped now, as the days are longer and lighter, and I no longer need it😀

Day 10…

Charted my food
64 ozs of water
13K steps
No licks
No cheats… most proud of this cause it’s the hardest to do!

I prepare all of Sweeties food.. breakfast, lunch and dinner. This includes bringing him cookies twice a day. When I prepare his breakfast in the morning, I make him peanut butter toast. I haven’t licked my fingers while I’m doing this.😆

NSV.. last night I wore a pair of jeans that I haven’t been able to get into for a while. That made me smile big time!

Day 11

Charted my food
10k steps
70 ozs water
Exercised
No cheats
No licks

My last lab report showed that my cholesterol was at 326. It’s been like that for years and I take red yeast rice every day to help with it. I have another lab test due in a month and I’m hoping by the way I’m eating there should be a difference. According to what I’ve been told your cholesterol should never be above 300 and so far in the last 11 days I haven’t gotten anywhere close to it. So this should be interesting.

I’ve also been told that I should only have 10 g of fat daily. That’s been a lot harder to do. I am very conscious of the fat content of what I eat, but sometimes I make the gold and sometimes I don’t.

I am also trying to keep my car below 20. I’ve been successful most days with that as well. Half my body weight in water would be 70 ounces. I try to drink at least 80. Some days I couldn’t get there just depends on what I’m doing and where I am for the day if I’m at home, I can usually make that goal, but if I’m out for any time during the day, it’s really hard. I do know where all the bathrooms are.🤣
