Yesterday was a rest day

Stayed on my eating plan even though I ate out

Home from workout - perhaps I'll have more enthusiasm if I talk about it here? Great workout, sweating, and tired. My knee is bothering me still, laid off some of the squats work but did plenty of other stuff. Cardio, balance, strength.
