today: the soup I made yesterday and Tart flambé (onion pie) as I couldn't get to it the other day, I also have cucumber salad I made yesterday.
I also have to think ahead next time for appetizers as yesterday I bought some at the fancy store for yesterday as a last minute thought for a gathering yesterday.. wow $$ (1. think before spending and I knew better but also knew we may need to have some snacks 2. plan ahead to bring an appetizer the next time)
I made basil strawberry ice tea.

I would love that recipe d nancy!
the chicken is cooking, everything is cut up ahead of time and everything measured.
I have chicken guilt and I wonder if anyone has ever bought something and planned on making it and life happens and you have to toss the the chicken, beef. etc. I had that with 2 chickens the other day. by the time I had time to get it done ... they were over done...
I also have "oh I forgot about that" veggie and fruit find

Blessed here's the what's for dinnerbaked chicken recipe. In 9x13" pan put one package of froz. veg. your fav. and add a few sprigs of rosemary fresh place chicken thighs also froz. on top season and bake 450* for 20 min. then turn down to 400* bake remainder of time till done. {350* if the meat is thawed} These could be wrapped in foil and grilled as well. If we grill them we put bbq sauce on the meat but I"m out of sauce. I just put some seasoning a dash of vingar in tomato sauce for bbq sauce.
Last night we shared a can of tuna for sandwich and shared a can of chili for dinner it was a nice change easy and fast.
Tonight's a surprise! LOL

Here's what I'm thinking, I need to thaw out g. beef for stuffed in peppers.
