⭐Cronometer = 297 days logging, 84 mineral/vitamins, 1359 calories, 38% protein
⭐Move my body = 6456 steps, 11 hours with 250+ steps, AM walks=28, PM walks=17
⭐Weight loss is at a pace of -.83% resulting in 12.62% body weight removed since 7-5-2024

Finishing up April shows success with doing daily stretch & strengthen exercises. I am thankful to KittyKatt for setting a good example to follow in how to track.

I think I have new habits that are a must for may in taking vitamins. One in morning and one ay supper with food.
