Thank you for starting us for this month, Lady M. I'm going to persevere with my current habits. I need to prioritise walking and water as a gift of health to ME, not just something I "have to do".

I stepped on the scale today for the first time in a month… it was on purpose.
Much to my astonishment I’ve lost ten pounds and hadn’t hit this mark in more than a year.
I need to pick up my steps… sitting too much but it’s necessary to keep Sweetie happy. Plus morning heat is 85+ with even higher humidity.
Thunder and lightning storms are hitting us late in the afternoon. That means the mosquitos are relentless. They are now carrying some deadly disease I’ve never heard of.
I wear long pants and long sleeve shirts morning and nigh. Both are light weight but still hot…come on cool weather
I am now working with Josh twice a week for strength training. Hard work as I have to concentrate on my form. Not like anything I’ve done before
See you can teach old dogs new tricks

Ate my protein, veggies and fruit and made sure I got in fiber.
Drank all my water, but didn’t get in all my steps. Need to figure out how to fix that
Next weigh in is on Monday… gonna do it once a week
I follow a girl on FB who has lost over 330 lbs. she weights every day to stay accountable. Interesting thing that some times her weight fluctuates but says that’s part of the game. I look forward to her daily post.
NSV… my rings are spinning on my fingers!
