Winter is coming in many areas; in others the cooler weather brings time to be outdoors. What can you do to help yourself enjoy the outdoors or get ready to enjoy the holidays.

I remember Pam and Peggy, in their book Sidetracked Home Executives and their Christmas CD, used to play "Name that Lump" meaning name the stuff on the lawn that got covered with snow - I have been there - so that's where that rake went - in my old days before the card file lol (and even sometimes now lol)

You don't have to do everything, it's not a race; even one thing is a bonus!!!

What do you need to do?

I need to finish outside decorating for halloween and put the lights up for the holidays (on a warmer day of course)

Cut down perennials some
cut down roses cover
weed with weed sacker
cut down tomatoes with dh
put up lights next week (it is raining today)
put away any thing

My dreams of painting outside this summer _ went somewhere else. but that's okay
