I will make my list right now!

Working on the list, should have more yesterday but the day of mostly rest was good for me.

right now:
-call dmom to remind about dr appt today at 1:15 (I didn't do this yesterday because I was holding out the possibility of cancelling her appt so I could go to the neighboring co courthouse re:dsis' house
-take out the garbage to street
-breakfast and meds
-clear kitchen counters
-s2s

I am just beside myself with feeling edgy right now. The probate court people can't get it right - they called back thinking that the offer I have now was the same price as what they originally approved, so now they have to "ck with the judge again." (and I waited all day yesterday for that to happen....) Ddogs for some reason are on my last nerve - if dMacs is inside he's panting and whining at me - if he's outside he's barking at neighbor dogs. And....need to get dmom to doctor today and that is making me crazy anyway.

Thanks for opening the thread, Twins'Mom. Maybe the dogs are picking up on stress in your voice and posture today? Like babies who fuss when their mama is tense ... If Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!

I'm still trying to finish yesterday's list. Of course, as usual for all of us, things were added to the list throughout the day which had higher priority than the original items.

Today I need to get my hair trimmed so I'm basing the rest of the day around that. I don't have an appointment; I'm just going to a walk-in place since my current style is not a complicated cut. I am assuming that I'll have to wait in line when I get there, but I'll use that time to relax with a book or crossword puzzle.

That will be after lunch. While I'm out of the house then, I will also
* take checks to the post office,
* stop at the library to check the donations box,
* make a deposit at the library group's bank, and
* go to Aldi to pick up the vegetables I forgot to get the other day.

Tues. It is raining here 57* today's high temp.
It is trash day here.
I have fed hens today.
bs was way up today possibly bc I have been fighting a cold.
News is tragic in Mo. This week all the fires etc.
ToddlerN will be here after eleven, not sure if grands are going to be coming on the bus or not.

It is almost 10 and I'm still at the tea and chocolate stage of my daily routine.

I was up until midnight. I got home from school late because it was the last night and there was worship and fellowship after. Then I was too wired to go to bed.

Sent a few email responses and thend went to bed at midnight. A single door knocker knock woke me up at 4 a.m. We have no idea what it was. Went back to sleep but not well so am dragging today. My body, predictably since it is 48 hours since the strain, is very sore this morning. Chest and shoulder muscles and the leg hurts a bit on every step. There isn't a bruise, which is weird given how much each step hurts but it is my shin so it isn't likely a muscle pull there.

Need to sign up for the next semester. I know which classes my friends are taking so will probably take one of them.

Talked to dbro and he will try to get dmom on track for dr appt. Nice that I don't have to argue with her about going.

Dmacs is quiet outside - Bookie, maybe he was picking up on my jumpiness but he's been wanting out (and the corollary: in) so much lately with the cooler weather. Maybe the dog down the way is in now. I chose this morning to take out two smelly quilts from dsis' house and put the outside to air. Will take more than a good airing to get smell out of them but they would be nice for dmom to use.

Have done all except s2s, now:
-s2s
-walk ddogs
-make the bed
-reboot laundry
-update list for rest of the day/week

Dmom is apparently either sitting on her telephone or trying to call someone. The phone here has rung twice from her phone, but no one is there. Not uncommon but I still worry that she's trying to contact me and isn't able somehow.

(((Twins))) when I get 'butt-called', it is usually from the kids and I don't worry. I can see you would be worried. I accidentally called dd once while holding the phone waiting for a text from her. At the time I was a choir practice so when she answered, she heard choral music!

Not a lot of progress here, although I've eaten. Need to open up my calendar page so I can see the cards for today.

While eating, I'm working on reading a book by Richard Rohr and making notes since it is a library book. It gave me a spark for the sermon this week so I opened up my sermon notes file and wrote that down before I forgot it.
