Good morning, village! What activities will you dance your way through today? I have today and tomorrow off, and - as usual - have woken up at the ridiculous hour of 0dark30
I may need to sneak in a nap this morning, as I have DGS this afternoon from 2pm on, and DGD from about 4pm on.
My l*st for today is long......but a lot of little things.

I woke up at 6 but stayed in bed until 7. Dh is still there since he went to bed much later than I did.
I've had tea with lemon (read somewhere that is good for the liver so will start my day with that and move tea and chocolate to later in the day) and have had my cereal. Need to s2s now that dh is up (he just walked into the kitchen!)
I have a long walk ahead of me this morning and the warming trend hasn't started and won't until this evening. I suppose I could take the car but it is within walking distance and there's no easy parking, so I will walk, wearing multiple layers.

good morning d b is sweet and d kathryn!!! have a wonderful day everyone !
thank you d b in helping us dance into a new day!
red sky this morning with a beautiful touch of blueish purple.
yesterday I had another wonderful dinner with d mil and d sils and niece and nephew.
dd younger has a neurologist appointment at 9 and then we are going to the Strictly Sail Chicago event. . She is hoping after therapy to get back to sailing 420's (dingy sailing).

There is a internship for the America's cup and I know she is hoping she can get that but with all the competition it's hard to know if that is available esp. it's a one in a million type thing. I am so happy she is reaching for things instead of letting it go because it is too hard. There is anther job she is trying for at a sailing school which would be perfect. So keeping fingers crossed that her leg heals (praying for this one) and she is able to get a job this summer in sailing or something where she can be near or on the water.
what has been working part of my day: swiping the bathroom every couple days with disinfecting wipes and putting a bleach tablet in tank when needed
heading out. Wishing you all a productive happy day.. B has us dancing through our day so you know it will be a joyous one. blessings to you all.

Hi everyone!
Yet another day off due to not enough vans available...
Today will be laundry day. I bought 4 matching laundry baskets yesterday. I will donate the 3 non-matching ones today as well.

Ugh, I do need to two-step this morning. I woke up at 11 (after falling asleep about 10) and didn't go back to sleep until after 4:30. Awake again about 6:30, up to the bathroom at 6:41. Dozed a little till an hour later. Made myself get up about 8:40. We have a trip to Sarasota for a campground get-together. I'd stay in bed if I had my druthers, I think. It's foggy right now so hope it clears. We're leaving extra early as the forecast is rain and we're going down I-75. Another "ugh". Sure Harmony & Sunny know what I mean.
Off to eat a little breakfast and drink a cup of coffee.
Seems like a 'jeans' day. It's only 51 (chilly for here) and only to upper 60's today. It is winter after all.
Had a perm yesterday and she really didn't trim my hair much afterwards -just evened out a few spots. I can already see that it's going to be too long once the perm starts to relax a little.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FELINE FRIEND!
I am home from my mammogram. The radiologist usually looks at your x-rays before you leave. Today he was in a meeting so she said she would call if there was a problem.
I think dh and I are going to go see "Unbroken" late this afternoon. It has been here for weeks and today may be the last day, so we decided to go.
Better get busy. I have a small package to get ready to mail to dm. I also need to read my library book that is due Saturday.

Good Two-steppin' Thursday! I will need to do some right smart two-steppin to get through it all today. PODA so far:
-p/u meals for dmom and visit her today
-Grocery and/or WF
-Banks -mine, dsis', and dmom's
-get Dd's room aka guest bedroom ready for overnight company
-YMCA? - 15 min of elliptical only (and I found the hang tag from my key ring in the car yesterday!)
-straighten up house for company for dinner and overnight
-Cook nice dinner - salmon, asparagus and roasted potatoes w challah, buy a modest dessert?
-PT for sore fingers/hand a.m. and p.m.
-what else?
Last night I made the quick Taco soup - very high in sodium but flavorful on a cool evening. I also got in my 10K steps yesterday, and while the soup cooked I got the worksheet updated for dsis' expenses which we have advanced as conservator.
Need to get movin' and steppin' now!
-breakfast and meds
-make the bed
-start a lol
-s2s
-clear breakfast bar
After this will walk ddogs and then two step right out to the car....

Hi to bittersweet, and yes I hope to have a quicker paced day than yesterday, myself. Enjoy the grandchildren.
Have postponed some of my morning dailies (the laundry) because of this change in when I'd do my hair. But HRH said last evening he thought I'd made the right choice, just not fretting over it until the next day and being available for visitor. This a.m. a very cold morning, though, to be putting up with it.
Today will be a Ramblin' kind of a sugar-calorie-counting day for me. I'm sure she'll smile to see me identify it with her. The guys brought home pizza last evening, plus I was just nervous at times, I think. Anyway, adding various insults, including the oriental restaurant one-two-punch I got from lunch (sleepy-bloated), my eating yesterday was unfortunate.
Today after a 415 calorie omelet brunch (skipping fruit breakfast), I've had zero sugar calories.
Attempting the MyCalorieCounter website today to make sure of counts, I find more changes. It does still "remember" me as far as stats and my entered personal recipes, but the format is quite different, with percentage counts and in-the-red warnings over to the side. Also now insisting on a 50-calorie higher per day amount, which baffles me since I've made no notes that would suggest that. Ramblin' as you can imagine I'm in the red for cholesterol (too much) and fiber (too little). Time to be philosophical about cholesterol and count it brain food, and I know how to correct fiber.
Feline Friend, I hope you have a wonderful birthday.
Twins' Mom is doing some "right smart" stepping, so I predict a no-nonsense success of her day, if she's already describing with such profound and competent speech.
I only had 3 of a 5x5 by this a.m., so 1/3 of the way through that and time for organizing and then planning for grocery.
