TYPICAL TUESDAY

May it be typically (good) day for you.
I slept fairly well -was up 2 or 3 times to walk but went back to sleep pretty well. I got a bite of some sort near my ankle and it's been giving me absolute fits! Not sure if a red ant got me or a flea or what. Couldn't even see the spot for quite a while and an area about 3" in diameter was burning, stinging, itching me out of my mind. Right now -so far, so good. Fingers crossed.
Speaking of that (fingers crossed) hope your treatment did the trick, RR.
Dcampowner has to learn to not rely on your Mr. Dee so much
. Absolutely, Kathryn (and all you others). I've heard it said from many a resident -"J doesn't know what he has in you. J doesn't treat you nearly well enough." And on and on. Dh is a good guy and works too hard -you're right he has a terribly good work ethic.

Good morning Dee! Thanks for starting the village.
I'm up and somewhat at it. It was very dull outside when I got up but there's a bit more light now so I'll be turning off lights in a moment.
So far I've watered the plants and refilled the water bowls on the radiators. And put away all the dishes. Also updated quicken (that only takes a minute when you don't leave it for weeks!)
Getting my desk cleared off as helped me stay on top of the little paperwork tasks and so the apartment tends to stay neater (the paper piles make a mess.) When I say things are neater, I'm ignoring the pile of paper and thick file folders on one chair. They represent my next HUGE tasks with firm deadlines (income tax returns and business year-end.) And bills to pay are in a folder next to my computer which can be dangerous (out of sight, out of mind.)
Our outing today will be the dentist and a visit with my senior friend (I hope, not yet arranged.) As well, I want to vacuum out the car and clean it on the inside (a coin-operated vacuum is on the way home from the dentist.) Must remember to wear jeans today, or at least take them with me. I got my dress pants very dirty on Sunday helping clear out the parking spot, so I don't want to do that again.

Second day in a row I've awakened to sunshine! Have already fielded calls from construction mgr re window that may be leaky, and from vet re: ddogs. Agree not time yet, was so good to bounce this off of him.
I also have a dental appt today, Kathryn. Before that I'm meeting at the temple with the incoming treasurer for about an hour to get things started, so I need to do some prep this morning for that.
Still wavering on when to go see dsis. I have the cough going but I don't think I'm contagious. The issue is that I can't go to the week of May 11 or May 18, so my plan was to go this week (three weeks after last visit) then again the week of 5/4 (two weeks after this visit) then the week of 5/25. Wondering if I should go on Friday of this week.
Haven't even read the paper so I'm going to do that next, and drink some coffee and admire the sunshine.
Edited to add that just cked my email and the FIL of the incoming treasurer passed away yesterday in Houston, so no meeting for today.

Good Morning DeeClutter, and anyone who follows.
Had a busy busy day yesterday, left around 9,picked up Dd and her Dh went out for coffee and a little shopping then headed out to Dparents, we got some odds and end jobs done along with visiting, made a nice lunch, by the time we left it was time to get them to the airport, soooo I did not get much of anything done yesterday
Today my goal is to finish up my Must Do Mondays, then head downstairs and get at least 2 shelves of many cleaned out in the storage area, hitting that area first so I have a place to put all the "stuff" we really really want to keep.
Going to get another cup of coffee, finish my AM duties, and get busy.
Hope to be back later, if not have a great day

Good morning! Quick ci here. . . We have sunshine too, but it is peeking out through some serious clouds.
I've been on track this morning:
- QT
- s2s and self-care
- checked emails and web sites; sent one email (band uniform business)
- bfast: tea and banana
- made bed
- folded and pa load of whites
- dog care: in, out, filled water bowl
- prepped sympathy card for the mail
- prepped one snail mail bill for the mail
- put 2 items in the mailbox
- kitchen is fine - nothing to do there this a.m. since I didn't run the dw last night (not enough dishes)
- gathered kitchen laundry - but I must wait for dd19 to finish her laundry first
Next:
- prep for 2 classes this afternoon
- work on moms group teaching for Thursday
Later:
- out to payroll 1 - 6-ish
- band meeting at the high school 6:30 - 7:30-ish? There's a band trip to Spain next spring for the highest level band + jazz band.
- do I go straight from work to the meeting?
- how on earth to do dinner when I won't be home for any significant amount of time until close to 8 pm?
Have a good morning friends!

Good morning, Dee, Kathryn, Twins', Molly's Nana, Nancy, and Helia.
It's not a typical Tuesday here because I don't have to be at work until 9:00. So I'm having a very nice, leisurely morning.
Sunny, but not as warm as yesterday. I'll take it.
Have a great day, everyone!

Good morning! I'm looking at our grey clouds and hoping it doesn't rain till after 4:00 today. DH and 2 helpers are rebuilding someone's chimney and they are having roof leaks...
I should go out and run errands. Trying to decide if I want to go do them.
Today's declutter done. Desk chores done. Laundry twirling. Today I had to fork up the bin of powdered detergent because it had glumped into a big lump. I did some running for DH, helped move truck to job and picked up 2 helpers. Must do it all in reverse this afternoon.
I hope RRose is feeling better. That procedure sounded painful.

Good morning, Harmony. You have been very productive this morning! Hope you can enjoy running errands and that the rain holds off.
I also hope RR is feeling much better today.
