Hoo-ray for the successes of last month and the progress toward both medical and fitness goals.
What are you "aiming
for" in March? Don't be "blown" off course as the month comes in with a whoosh.

Been back with my healthy eating for a while. Just eating same with no sugar or white stuff. My struggle is drinking all my water but I am doing my best.
I haven’t been on my scale as that really causes me to equate my weight loss and how well I stay on my eating plan. It derails me every time so I’m not going to use it for a while.
Sweeties birthday is tomorrow and we are going out to eat... steak and salad for me and a small glass of wine for a treat. I know I’ve lost weight because I am wearing something I haven’t been able to wear for awhile. Gonna use my clothes as a way to measure my success

I pulled out a page from my old-people's magazine. It's exercises for balance. I remember doing these a couple years back and I got pretty good at them. I can barely do them now. I've noticed every once in a while my balance isn't 100% though I never have fallen or anything. So, I'm going to do them every day until I get better. Told DH we were going to do them together. He tried them and can't do them either, he's worse than I am. We've noticed he weaves back and forth a bit when he rides his bicycle and says that's because of his balance. So, let's see if we can both improve our balance.

I started back on Ubiquinol (CoQ-10). Dd41 started it for her gum health, which was one of the reasons I had taken it once and it certainly couldn't hurt for that now, either. So I joined her. But of course it's good for many things.
She is now doing her yoga that the new dr wanted her to try and believes it is contributing to better sleep.
She and I are both disappointed that T-Tapp-as-usual is not already "back" but understand like everyone else has to, that it takes time to get that accomplished. It's not as if we need it as a site or store since both of us have most of what we'd want to purchase already, or there's ARiver. But it was always nice to have the site up and running with chat going all the time and the interesting contests running, fun reports from seminars, everything more immediately available.
I got my regular calendar the other day, from the lady who emails those out every 6 weeks, so I simply need to be a self-starter. I can find a trainer's website for current thoughts if I want to, just have to do it. It was a blow to mood, I guess, to lose Teresa, then go straight into Covid-time without her normal input, chat, ideas. She would have been a vivacious cheerleader, encourager, with challenges all the time during this, saying "yes, you can!"

"yes you can!!" If you really want to. ((Harriet))
I really understand needing some support though.
CoQ10 - you suggested that to me perhaps years ago. Perhaps it would help me at this point in time.
My mouth is awful. And the skin inside easily breaks if it dislikes what goes into it.
My aversion to most help professionals is rampant atm too.
Yoga and tai chi are classes I can and do mostly get to atm.
There is lockdown 45minutes away so that could change in an instant.
