Or, if you're not able to thrive today, put on your thriving face, and fake it until you make it!
Just adopting the thriving mindset and face will assist with the ole' attitude.

Did a delivery to the other building, a good fast walk for 30 minutes, a 20 minute visit with neighbours, welcomed our office administrator back (she was off due to a major bike accident), and have answered emails.
Off for breakfast, then heading to ds's to babysit for a few hours. Dh is coming with me.

I've walked four laps with ddog - didn't mean to go that far but dfriend M was walking too so we got to check in. Today I workout at two, then will s2s then, and am going to a dinner/fundraiser/whatever with dh. OH, I see it's Children's Nutrition Program in Haiti. Anyway, I laid out nice pants and a sweater for it. I think I'll know a couple of dh's Rotary people there.
I'm going to try to finish a.m. routine up and have a little time upstairs. I told dh I'm hoping for a fairly quiet weekend - we were away last weekend and will have weekend company next weekend.

Morning…
I am feeling much better today. I switched taking my meds from night time to morning because it was greatly interfering with my sleep big time. I finally feel like myself but have no idea how I will feel later till later this afternoon.
Today is laundry day. Have one load in the dryer and one in the washer with two more loads ready to go. I also need to do a small grocery run in a while.
Waving to y’all… hope Harriet’s ds is doing better

Good morning!
Got a call back from the pulmonologist’s office this morning; the doctor I was supposed to see doesn’t have any openings till January, but one of the others has a cancellation today at 1:30. Normally, I’ve been driving DD to work for 2:00, but she will have to walk today. It’s less than a mile, but her feet & ankles have been hurting her. She could take the bus, but depending on timing, she could get there before the bus comes.
So I guess I will be puttering around that center point. To have time to get from here to the hospital, park, make my way through the hospital complex, and check in, I’ll need to leave here no later than 12:30, and by the time I get back, it’ll probably be about 2:45, so that’s a chunk of the afternoon. Hardly convenient, but I will be glad to have it done. I’m hoping I can get back to the kind of mask I had before.
Well, I should get a move on, or I’ll get nothing else done today! Have a good one, everybody!

Hi!
Compost, garbage and recycling have been taken to the end of the driveway. Now I just have to bring the compost bin back towards the garage.
Supper will be "leftover" stew.
I have come to the cranky conclusion that I am cranky because I am in pain. I did NOT enjoy knitting today. After the bazaar I am going to resign as treasurer and just stop going to that particular knitting group. One of the other women there thinks that they are the world's only person with knowledge of accounting and she makes copies of everything that the person that takes our stuff to the fairs gives to me. I don't know why she demands copies, so to heck with this, she can have the job. I'm sure that my feelings about this group is because I sat there feeling my burned breast throbbing the entire time. I think I should go back to the doctor.

I needed this start. I am not thriving today - happy but my body is pushing against the tide - have no idea why.
pretending to thrive is a good thing for me today bc my body just wants to do nothing. Smile on my face - okay there won't be a sparkle in the eye and maybe a bit of a growl every so often but putting on a calm face and demeanor
dh says he wants to "talk" and still won't tell me why he needs to talk to me. He "will tell me later". Oh my goodness! I just want to help him but would love to know.
hello I woke up soooo late - close to 11 - I didn't go to sleep until really late as dd younger goes to sleep late, then dd older came in and had a chat well until 12:30. lol then dh woke me at 9 and said he needs to talk to me but not then.he (d dogs had to go out in the middle of the night too). I aways fall back to sleep really deep. Alarm clock tomorrow and put a sign on my door - do not wake in the middle of the night unless an emergency
mom has decided now that she is going back to Florida and forgot her discussion yesterday morning
She told dd younger she was packing - she has 2 more weeks here.

it just makes me smile.

hi d cathy! praying for your pain to disappear - pain is so hard, not just on the body, but the brain and hormones as well. it's hard. your breast will be throbbing for awhile. I had it for over 2-1/2 weeks. it will pass but right now the nerve endings are SUPER sensitive. I am thinking of you!!!
hi d lady! I will be praying for the family re: funeral. So happy that you and your other church followers are making a funeral dinner for the family.

If you don't mind; I will probably put down the jobs I do - one by one. Unless......
