The lyrics say "Don't you worry if you can't dance Let the music move your feet"
Are you moving your feet?

Good morning
I am still testing a potential daily challenge to see if I want to commit to doing it. I need to make sure the parameters are doable without overwhelming myself. The last thing I want to do is set myself up for failure and defeat.

** Declutter vanity top

Up at 5:40 so happy to see it was lite out & not dark!
Qt. I am really enjoying the prayer devo. such a diff. experienced than audio one the colors & art in it is a joy for me
I appreciate it even more now. Qt & SJ & DP done. Reflections one will wait also class can wait till I"m doing chores.
Bfast had some.
Glad to see I've stocked up on things and will not need so much at the store yea for that!
Also glad for my progress on home blessing breaking it into smaller chunks in my rounds worked this week as
I rested to heal up I needed that down time. It's been a challenge to give myself permission to take a sick day and
have that time to recuperate it was so needed! That is wisdom in hindsight. Earlier in the month some family got ill on a trip and had to fly home
they are better now.
Today will be cooler yea!
Glad for new projects in the wings for me and progress on others that are past the half way point now.
Have a great day!

LadyM, I think my back would break under the daily challenges you already have going! but you are far more determined than I right now.
Thank you for starting us, I've been sidetracked, although have done some important things.
-I danced to the laundry room and put the rug, which had dog food spilled on it and ground in, into to the washer.
-I congo-ed around the block twice with ddog.
-I've wiped out shelves of refrigerator and purged. Still have door and drawers to go.
-Did an instacart order.
-started eggs boiling for the refrigerator
My goals for today are quite modest. I've been off my routines, at least some of this should be covered by routines, which should be automatic? there I go with with shoulds again. Dfriend V and I and I talked about those last weekend when I was melting down.
-purge and wipe out refrigerator
-groceries
-water plants, deadhead as needed
-update calendar for next week, when I have a dental appointment and two workouts and we'll be packing for a week at the beach again
-stamping time
-what else?

Hi!
I had to go get milk before I made dh his coffee this morning. Noticed the milk was going "off" when I made myself a hot tea yesterday. I was too lazy to go get milk yesterday, so that's why I had to go this morning. I also picked up a small jar of pesto because dh is requesting penne with pesto for his supper tonight. I will get a burger or something on the way home.

there I go with should again
I want to become aware of this. DH is better at spotting it than I am. He always tells me that I
should do whatever I want.
I should
I want
I need
I must
Which one to use?

I'm certainly full of SHOULDS.
Dcousin just came by and said he was definitely interested in the truck. I told him I'll have to get a title to it, and he said that he was surprised when he had to do that and it only took a couple of weeks. So I guess when I get over this cold, I will make that my next "to do." Right now I am not so runny-nosed, but cough is still terrible. Thanks for mentioning M*sinex yesterday, Harriet. I took Nyqu*l last night and M*sinex this morning.

Lucylee, in my state you can get a replacement title quicker at the courthouse, don't know about your state of course.
Also, if you're not going to the game, can you do a "watch party" with dgrandkids? Pizza in front of TV, some special music and decorations?

I love this idea.
But I'm not a football fan so what do I know about enjoying games? LOL

** Apply faux leather repair tape to couch. Apparently the couch decided to shed it upholstery at the same time & place that DS16 and DD13 usually sit. Both ends of the couch are shedding and both kids say they are not peeling it off. It is a strong case of coincidence.
ANYWAY, it is a low cost and fairly easy repair to attempt. I really like this couch and don't want to replace it during the active teen raising phase of life.
