Oooh, a gardening thread! How wonderful! :D

Spring has come to my little patch

(The mysterious shrouded shape in the centre the patio is the patio furniture! )

And in my tiny front garden there are

hellebores

and

more daffodils :D

kittykatt, I love hellebores! There are several homes in my neighborhood that have them blooming now, and across my circle there's a neighbor who did a huge landscaped area with daffodils everywhere! There are a bunch of different varieties so there's an extended bloom season.

Too cool for a tomato plant or two yet, or putting out my zinnia seeds. I have raised beds, probably should cover with a tarp and try to smother some ambitious weeds.

All five of my containers have sunnies popping up. I use round laundry basket on top of my containers to keep the critter out till they get bigger. I cover each pot with plastic every night and remove them in the mornings. If heavy storms or rains are predicted I keep my sunnies covered. Right now they are too tender to withstand those.
