Thursday's here!
Hoping we find things to approve; that make us feel positive.
As much as we can direct it, let's get Thursday to add to our plans and move our week along in the direction we (and our households) need!
By the end of the day, hoping we can confirm : our Thursday deserves a "Thumbs Up!".

Thank you for getting us started this morning, Harriet!
I need to clean for the cleaning lady first this a.m. then have a couple of errands (groceries, post office) to run, and later workout this afternoon.

Re: Thursday Gets a "Thumbs Up!"
Good Morning!
I am feeling a little off this morning but that doesn't change the things I need to get done. I made myself jump into the shower to get me started and then it became a bit easier to continue with my day.
I just got back home from taking chatty DD13 to school. During the drive there she shared what her school day would be...... having to give 4 synonyms for 10 words and then give definitions for those 40 words today in ELA class.....and having an assembly for Purple Heart in 6th hour.....and THOSE boys misbehaving in algebra class resulting in Mr G making them do laps in pe....and......and....and..... I do enjoy normal life moments.

Re: Thursday Gets a "Thumbs Up!"
Morning girls…
When my son was young and I was driving him to school, I always enjoy his morning chatter.. now he’s doing the same for his daughter who is in kindergarten and told me the same … as the world turns
It’s laundry day here and I need to get mine going. Later this afternoon we will be joining our granddaughter for her class for grandparent’s day. That should be fun
Off to start my day… already did most of my routines and my footprints are gone!

Re: Thursday Gets a "Thumbs Up!"
Hi!
I woke up and it was almost 8 o'clock! Got dressed and got the recycling and compost to the end of the driveway. It was pouring rain. Came back to grab the garbage and something had been out there snacking in the garbage bags overnight. I hadn't put the lid on the large garbage cans... OOPS! Came in and made dh a coffee and a hot chocolate for me. Went back out with a couple of new bags to put the huge mess in. At this point it was a rain/snow mix. UGH! Got the mess cleaned up and got the 2 bags down to the end of the driveway. Now I don't have to go anywhere for the rest of the day.
Because a lot of snow has melted, our septic tank doesn't want any more liquid and the drains are gurgling whenever the water is going down any drain in the house. I guess that means I don't have to do dishes.
I'm going to spend some time stitching at home today.

Re: Thursday Gets a "Thumbs Up!"
I have rounded up and sorted duds first load is going now.
Got clean sheets on the bed tossed the ones I took off down stairs to put in later after the next load of lite colors.
Went to the shed to see about the boards I need for the hole to close up on the potting shed, don't want squirrels or birds or worse
taking up residence in it.
Lites are in the washer.
Darks are in the dryer.
Sheets on deck for next load.
Finished a red dish cloth.
Looking for a pouch for my knitting markers wish me luck!

Re: Thursday Gets a "Thumbs Up!"
Not nearly as warm today as yesterday, and it's partly cloudy. High only mid sixties, when we hit 79 yesterday,
I've been on the run this a.m. I feel like I'm feeling "on the run" too much. Got things straightened for dcleaning lady, made grocery list, out to post office and grocery store. The last homeowner hasn't paid dues so I need to send text messages next. (Has been via email and regular mail so far.) Maybe wait another day, I think I sent stmt via postal mail a week ago today.
Before I left earlier I used a moisture meter to check outside pansies and watered and fertized them. They look pretty rough and I'm hoping for a bounce with this nicer weather.
I'm tired this week. Too much running around and my day isn't finished. This afternoon, after my workout, I need to go by temple, health dept., and CVS, and possibly another stop. I really need to wash my car and clean the mats and windows too. This would be a good time to do it with the warmer weather but I'm just rebelling about doing so much.
The trip to the Health Dept is because I sent in the check for the HOA pool permit and didn't sign it. I'm trying to multitask too much and missing things.
I took a long time to fall asleep last night, too. Worry about dd. She called me back last night when I was outside with dog so I missed the call. (Dh was out.) I was so tired I just texted her back and let her know that I missed the call (that is, I didn't ignore it) and that she could call back if she needed to talk, and that I was pretty tired.
While driving this a.m. I wrote down 7 things "need to do."
