all health appts taken first half of 2025 : dermato, ob-gyn, ORL / FACE / Moocs / Linux laptop / files and folders : structure on both laptops and black hard-drive / family budget : work on it ! / take care of social life / find some piece of land to grow trees on / autumn decor project, winter decor project / German podcasts, progress in German / paint walls upstairs / repair upstairs shower / change water heater / electric system needs to be regulation-compliant : find electrician, price quote, make appts, have work done, pay bill / sell my current car after buying a new one (finances permitting) / Power BI training / Tableau training / new hair cut / Wiriting project

Thank you for starting us off, FFB. As May start midway through the week, I think I'll continue with my April list for the first few days (mostly because of Freddie's appointment on Tuesday) and then (hopefully!) switch to May on Thursday.

Monthly tasks for April:

Clean windows and maybe some cladding
Flush through drainage channels on windows, oil hinges and grease contact points
Soda crystals down outside drains
Wash rugs in bedroom and spare room
Clean fridge
Clean filters on dishwasher
Run dishwasher cleaning cycle
Run cleaning cycle on washing machine
Wash my cleaning cloths
Review household budget, making changes when necessary WIP

Kittykatt, you've done well. And you have one day left. Congrats !
Do you intend to put on the May list the items that weren't done entirely ?

Lots of work at payroll yesterday and today. A looming deadline and boss isn't good at listing the things still to do / sharing the workload... Nothing was planned early enough. I spoke with C---, a woman in another service, and she shares my views. But she says, it's not my responsibility if the deadline isn't met. True. But such a waste of energy and time.

FFB, I'm going to mostly start over for May, but still I'm going to repost my book and try and finish it this month!

Request quotes from companies to clean gutters, down pipes including swan necks,. and cladding
Make appointment with company I prefer
Contact plumber to fix leaking tap
Wash rugs in bedroom and spare room

Wash my cleaning cloths

And daily : payroll and self-care - doing well.
