I need to water the inside plants.

I need to empty and refill the dishwasher.

Dh doesn't need to water the garden. Mother Nature is looking after that job for us and we expect more rain today.

I also have the pots and pans from last night to do. We had spaghetti and meatballs.

I have an appointment at 10. Dh has someone coming to get the oil changed and their tires changed over to summers. Better late than never. I've seen people drive on their winters all summer.

Plumber on the way to remove my faucet. Granite people will be here later this morning to remove my countertops. Mark, my construction guy is here to make start taking out the sheet rock.

Hi RRose! I will be thinking of you as you go through these repairs and the household upheaval.

I did all the dishes this morning. It's overcast here, and rain is coming. I also watered all the inside plants. Now I need to go to an appointment in a really tiny town south of us. They have one food store. I'm not sure if they have a gas station. I know they do have numerous take out restaurants.

I have to garden today. Planting the rest of the stuff at dad's. And making sure he actually watered stuff. I don't think he would have left it but I have no plans to go 15 minutes drive every day to water. He can do that. But I have to do the potatoes and carrots. Beans and corn. I probably bought too much corn seed. And I should look again maybe I should have gotten one more pack of carrots. I wish I could have help with the potatoes and he might. But I don't want him doing too much again.

Well, they just removed my countertop and part of the backsplash and it is covered with black mold. They also removed my sink in my faucet so I know I’ll be doing dishes in my bathroom. I already have that set up. Mark my construction guy is worried that perhaps the mold has gone all the way up to my top cabinets. That would mean I would need to remove everything and those cabinets would have to be redone as well. My only thought is where am I gonna put everything when I have to take all the contents out of my cabinet. Keep your fingers crossed this is not going to be an issue.

Ugh, RR. Was it three or four summers ago that our kitchen was dismantled and rebuilt? We ate a lot of "charcuterie" cold meals, refrigerator in DR with microwave and "pantry" on DR table. Of course, that was voluntary but we do still love our kitchen. We had to empty everything in the kitchen, we also used the garage for some storage. Thinking of you and that mold. Yuck!

I might have the donwannas today. I walked the ddog two laps, and along the way talked to a neighbor and her mother, who would like to move into the neighborhood. I need to reboot the laundry and fix myself brunch.

Thanks for getting us started today Cathy. Right now Wednesday looks like Monday and Tuesday. Cloudy. Perhaps we'll see some sun later.

Lauralind, how much corn did you plant? It likes several rows planted together so it can cross pollinate.

Today I need to send email to a 16 year old who contacted me at the NGS conference - he was there with his dad but he is the family genealogist. He wanted to talk about my east Tennessee White family. I think we've determined that we're from two different families but I am sending him some info by email and by snail mail on my families.

it's actually a very tired good morning-i tried setting the alarm for 5 after not falling asleep until 11:30 pm - I kept hitting the button until 7 and now I am tired
we go through some really rough moments and today looks just a bit (5%) better from a really bad couple days.

I am up and have been reviewing my week and last week was a rough one emotionally.
I'm better but cold / allergy type symptoms seem to be happening.
Some better today.
Got a.m. steps in.

Started with stuff I usually do on Tues.
Did anti p. things yesterday and one desk item did that this morning put envelope for June in folio no need to do it yet.

Should do a store run but not really up to it
Not out of stuff yet.
POP / put on pants
bfast bar on the go
Great weather here this morning helped.
But it was already warming up when I walked just after eight a.m.
Duds are in the dryer now.
Added water to 1/2 c. of my soup was good and helps with hydration instead of more coffee.

Not for a bit of fun some thing I've been putting off is drawing in pencil
my ideas and shaped in my next dotted journal.
Might do that on the deck.

I think it's going to be a small patch cause I really should have done it sooner. And almost had starter plants. Its just a tasty treat from dad's greenhouse cause our season is much too cold and short for corn outside. Yes it's probably going to be 20 30 plants in a square instead of row. Thanks for the reminder.

How is your mom doing blessed? Any changes?

Rose that's terrible about the mold spreading. You might have to box some things away and make room. I lived without a kitchen for a good 6 months when we built. The grill was my solution. Plus rice cooker and instant pot. I don't know if you have those.
