Continuing bw2's theme from yesterday on our new week. So many words of wisdom yesterday I'll need to reread the thread because I was obsessing over hobbies yesterday with Harriet and HRH.

" Over goaling" I am guilty as charged.

I am having a hard time not over goal-ing my thoughts - It's a bad habit.

I pulled cards (basic) last night instead of this morning. (lol it made me feel better this morning)

what drove me crazy: the sink is full again - not from me. counters: dd younger cleaned out my car so that she could use it today and left things on the counter. She worked all day - It was a professional job - stunning. - so I can't complain but I woke up to stuff.

dh took dd's car to get the tires looked at (or buy 2 new tires) He still is fighting the fact that the tires leak and that we have had to refill them three times. he is taking the car in right now. very nice

yesterday the young man did so much clean up work - the rest is mine:
what's left
take in umbrella and hammock
empty dog pools -put away
undo hoses for winter
clean the fountain and cover
plant the bulbs
plant garlic
get a heater for the bird water
find out why the one outlet keeps breaking even though I just had it replaced.

Happy Monday back atcha, bw2!

I have the roomba going on the screened porch and I did sweep around the edges of the porch to get the dead bugs and things that are hard for the roomba to pick up. That's the limit of my industriousness so far. Okay, I am half way through emptying the dishwasher too but I wondered off. And I need to check for more dog food in the garage? Ping!! Ping!! Ping goes my mind.

Walked before sunrise, went to class and then stayed for our drumming class.

Our senior centers Cardio drumming class is at noon and I already have 9k steps

Picked up my footprints and cleaned my kitchen before I went to bed last night. Everything looked great when I got up this morning

I'm up and have made coffee and fix up food cartons for ddoggo for later on today.
From some soup I did not eat.
So glad I worked on the dishes & counter this morning.
Slept in till seven today.
We had rain in the nite.

Make bed next up.

Work on the D's today.
Dinner I have meal plans.
Duds are current.
Dishes are done,
Declutter I worked on the book shelf in the and journals in the side tables in the
living room last evening. I need to put the ones I'm keeping away.
Declaw Paper the desks are not to bad yea that is because of the work I did last week.

Dust I need to do that in the liv. room X
Dump Trash before Tues. trash day.

BWP / Start that before the day ends and store run.

Pay attn. to zone / Liv. room under way,

so far - only mom stuff done -
she was wide awake and ate which was nice.
each day is different for her
mom needs two of us to help lift her today and yesterday.

I am waiting for dd younger to leave - she is supposed to take pictures - she is really missing her Florida friends.
I have to call my brother and uncle - brother tried calling yesterday but it is easier for me to talk to him when the house is quiet.
I like having my Sunday's to myself or my family

Still working through a.m. routine with many detours. Roomba done on porch and going inside house now. I cleaned out the shelf with plastics for leftovers, etc. and threw some out, matched up the rest, organized them. Dh is going out for lunch and going to Costco after. I have my workout at two.

Dfriend who will be houseguest called to discuss things....

I'm just now eating my brunch.

I still haven't gotten upstairs, except for grabbing the two bathroom rugs from the upstairs bath and washing them.

A little discouraged, dh was snarky with me about doing two things that I asked of him.

I ordered a pair of socks for dd younger for christmas
warm ones

dh is not home yet
mom ate well but went back to bed

I am just getting started- that morning went fast
tried calling brother
nurse said mom is declining - I have been saying that for the last few weeks - it's still hard for dd's to accept it. (dh has come back so many times and so has mom - that it is hard for them to understand-they believe it's a "medicine" "a procedure" that will cure her)
it's time for hospice and time to have a talk with mom

washed another load of laundry - next fold the stuff in the dryer - flip flop laundry - get dogs bedding and wash
now to empty them

got snow plow contract from company - so far they want to put stakes in for $90 for the driveway - nope - two years ago it was $50
problem: they are still clear of any wrong doing if the scrape things, make a hole, hit irrigation systems, or pillars or gates. it's in the contract

also if I want the drive way salted - it will be $60 a bag. wow nope - not this year! as I have broken my ankles-I used to use their service. Last year I used my car and salted my own driveway for a lot cheaper

to shovel our short walk in front of our house 12 feet to the door it will be $60 for shoveling - nope - I bought one of those small battery shovels

this years contract states that the driveway will be $90 each plowing - 2" and above. that is the going rate around here. I wish I had bought a gator with a plow years ago.
