Are there tasks you've been avoiding? Tasks you could knock out today that have been sitting there in your OMM list, whether real or in your mind? Today would be a GREAT day to make those things happen...

Did my Anti. P. task on Tues. this week as today has other stuff I'm doing and focusing on.
Cloudy and it's rained in the nite here.
Tummy has been good that past few days yea!
I've been very careful of what types of foods I'm having to not upset it.
The food diary has been helpful in that respect.

Thanks for a wonderful start to our day Twins' Mom!!
Dh has an appointment in a couple of hours.
I spent so much of yesterday reading, but I still managed to do 99% of the pots/pans/large utensils. Dishwasher got filled and turned on as well.
I bought a package of frozen cabbage rolls a few days ago and we will be having them along with perogies tonight.
It's more windy than usual today. The weather channel has wind warnings for all over southern Ontario.

Good morning, all.
I went through a drawer in sewing room and organized. Found and rescued several things that were not in the right place. Now they're scooted into the correct project boxes.
Started to do laundry and realized HRH had a load he still had to get out of the way. He was convinced he'd handled it already but there it was. He continues to want to do his own clothes, something he never did until I was in the hospital. I appreciate the help and won't criticize.
Today is already much better on eating than yesterday, when we spent so much time out on errands. A very good tofu scramble this morning with lots of fresh colorful things - peppers, spinach, red onion, mushrooms.
Houseplant care continuing. It takes a few days the way I do it with bottom watering. Some blooms getting started - it's the right season for violets to bloom. The sunbeams drift lower and get through the window more. I've noticed several clusters of baby blossoms, yay. Their bloom season keeps me going through the winter. Primrose, too, although I can't keep them living as long. Don't do bulbs because of lack of space. Still not allowed to pot up - maybe in spring.

I slept until almost 9 am - dogs had been up 3 times last night to go out. Even with that - I had a comfy night sleep!
it's already 10:50
wow
study took 1-1/2 hours - I don't know why it was so long this time - I could have stopped and continued tomorrow but it was listed for today. I just wanted to get it done.
mom is back in bed - very tired today.

Hey, everybody! (And if you want to hear that in Grover's voice complete with Muppet flail, please do!)
DH has been deposited at school for the retreat. I used my van, checking the brake fluid level before we left. I haven't tried to take DH's car on the highway yet. By the time the flip-flopping in my belly had stopped, we'd lost the light. I'm thinking I might try taking it, though, when we leave in a few minutes. Dropping off DD will be easy; then I can head up to the highway to go get DC. If I'm too nervous to get on the highway, I can take surface streets.
I guess this can be called anti procrastination. DH did get the car the better part of two years ago.

It makes my heart happy, and my day seem a bit lighter when i can come here and read SHE posts.
My Wednesday is moving right along at a good pace. I will be doing an hour drive and an hour of sitting in chair for teeth cleaning/dental check this afternoon so I am attempting to get most of those 2 hourly pathway cards accomplished before leaving. DS17 has volunteered to get DD14 from school for me today since I will be gone. I'm thankful for his willingness to help out when needed.
I spent some time in the kitchen creating a dish from ingredients that needed to be used. It feels like a game to create a dish without a recipe. Today's ingredients used were butter, potato, onion, bacon, bell peppers, garlic, and hot link. It was combined and fried in cast iron skillet until it had crusty edges on the outside while the inside was soft. DH ate 2 plates of it, so his actions backed up his compliments.
I created another dish that was entirely geared toward what I like. I know none of my family will touch it because of all the vegetables. Knowing that gives me freedom to please myself. Ingredients use for that dish was - Tilapia fish fillet, onion, celery, carrot, cauliflower, okra, mushroom, tomato, asparagus, corn, radish, garlic, and pinto beans. I added a good amount of spices including curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder and franks Hot sauce. All I can say is.....it might sound like a weird combination, but the taste is a gift that keeps on giving with each bite....IMHO.
