◕‿◕ * * * Good Morning! * * * ◕‿◕
I was so busy yesteerday I forgot to post again. I kept an eye on kids during the afternoon, helped by some video games

, cleaned the Entrance and Dining Room zone, I also watch the rugby - Six ation Tournament - a great game between Scotland and France, very good rugby is a pleasure to watch. Then we had a nice dinner with DNeighbours P and M and their son, and Dneighbours M and N and their daughters were invited too. I need social time, and they are friendly people, with common challenges : dealing with kids and jobs, and wanting to change jobs, going into training or transitioning.
Now we have to plan to return the invitation (both families together is 11 people), make our LR presentable, find chairs and plates and meal ideas... I like the challenge, but I would like it if it wasn't so... challenging. Thank you all for the advice !
helia probably our house looks worse to us than to visitors, but still, ...you wouldn't want to sit on our couch. (very glad you could have time with a great friend!)
Bama "walking around" in our LR with food isn't really doable, due to limited space. (sorry the flies are back, they can be so annoying)
L.Ann, yes, weather permitting we can probably have drinks and starters while in the garden (but not enough seating outside either). We will not return the invitation before at least a few weeks anyway.
Dogged Yes I'm thinking about a kids table. About bread : we freeze sliced bread, and defrost it with a few seconds of microwave and light toasting. Not sure it works well for all types of bread though.
Kittykatt, thanks for the start. Another English-speaking poet I don't know much about

, nothing more than "Oh I heard his name". (It wasn't the case for Shakespeare or Tennyson though). I too want to know your Sunday menu.
trissie, good luck with your busy Sunday, I hope you can find time for your gardening projects ! MrNG will be gardening too. I may join him, the dandelions have started (again), so I'm on the warpath. As for a buffet dinner, I think we would rather have the children at a "kids table", coffee table, and the grownups seated around an extended LR table fos ome sort.
