Hoping April is healthy and encouraging to everyone and that I can get back and add to this post!
Whew! the first of this month is in a rush. Lots of running and playtime and gardening with children make for smart April exercise. Highly recommend it. But not much time to get to computer!
What's April like for you and your healthy habits?
I've started the month with tweaked checklists, and am starting a food diary again too, with X info in a different colour for whats not helpful, and X symptoms listed there too. Hoping the X info and symptoms can drop off the list once I get on track.
Aiming to be in the 'garden' daily, and to pull a weed, or more, and walk, if that or a 90' yoga or 120 min tai chi lesson hasn't happened already that day.
3 classes a week is the norm - though all are cancelled this week.
If I was good I'd do some home led yoga or attempt tai chi set today i'/l.
My headache is gone today. That would be a chocolate inniated problem for a few days suffering.
8 hrs in bed for 2 nights might have helped as well.
Just begin. Living this day, today Take a reality check; Remember to breathe; Do what I am able to do. Look for the good in all.
Today the number on the scale was the same one that is on my driver's license. Now do I lose a few more and go for my pre-first-pregnancy weight? This has been pretty painless so far and I love getting out for a 2+ mile run every morning. Thanks again to Harriet for the health challenge in November.
RR, the injured foot wasn't me. I did have a problem with one knee in September, but that healed quickly. Yes, I am able to run again every day. It makes me so happy!
