Monday again, and this time we're starting the last six months of 2018. The Best Self journal that I use has a corollary book that advocates planning in 12 week segments. It's a way to get a new start every three months and accomplish more along the way. If we set up goals for 1 January and are "over it all" by Feb we may not think of getting a fresh start so often.
So let's use this as a restart, as needed, for some planning for 12 weeks or the rest of 2018 and make the most of it.
(Says someone who hasn't planned the week so far, much less the next 12 weeks...)
