Do you have an idea of meals?
Do you need to do certain errands to help your life run smoother?
Do you have time for you - fitness, personal, growth, joyful activities?
Do you have a BWP? Is there a desk day - free day - etc.
Hows that laundry? Do you need anything special this week?
Do you have gas in your car?
How does your week look? Do you have a (kind of) plan. The reason I said kind of is because life is not predictable but I find if I plan and act ahead I am not so scattered or anxiety ridden. As you all know I have been having a lot of anxiety because I have been falling behind and I haven't taken time for my growth and fun.
