I have done some organizing of my upcoming projects - at least until I remember something else.

1) finish the other bib before I forget my idea, clear away that project
2) materials stacks ready for grands to come sew more of their blocks
3) mending basket, especially getting a helpful pair of pants back into closet

Still "out" and sort of in the way - that quilt top I have already sewn into 3 parts. Need a decision on middle I just can't seem to make. Then a decision on whether I'll have to quilt it myself in thirds. It's got surface oddities that will worry a longarm quilter, I fear. This was a friendship quilt where I put other's blocks all around my own center, and there are fabrics/embroidery put into some of those that are vulnerable and would take extra care.

I do have a wall quilt top that is finished, waiting for quilting. Could I insert that before quilting the big one and get more machine quilting practice? Is that just putting the big project off, though?

Christmastime's a'comin'. Need to decide if I'm going to sew anything about it.

Favorite hopes :
more little 5-inch blocks getting finished, now that their project box has been rediscovered
getting a bunch of orphan blocks on the design wall and playing until they make a sampler top
