FINALLY. After being on a plateau for weeks the scale finally moved downward this morning. I haven't seen this number in years.

It won't make a stark difference in my average weekly weight, but it brings me joy to finally see movement in the right direction after being stuck. I will take it and enjoy the moment.

However, it doesn't really change anything. It is all about......Doing the basics. Staying consistent. Don't give up.

TAKING BETTER CARE OF MYSELF can have exciting results.
However, the day to day repeating actions can seem boring. I am embracing boredom.

Doing the basics. Staying consistent. Don't give up.

Editing to add.....I hit 200 days of logging my food today.
WOW. I am a bit surprised I have stuck with it for that many days in a row.
Posting here every day for accountability has been a HUGE help in staying consistent.

This seems to be developing into my mantra.

I’m on track with the food I’m eating and working hard to drink my water. Always a challenge when it’s cold outside. I do drink a lot of hot tea, but that doesn’t count

I am in awe with the number of steps accomplished. BWTG!!

I rarely achieve anywhere near that number of steps. It is one of the things that I want to improve.

I have decided to go back on my eating plan I did few years before. I had great success with it. I don’t have a starting weight because I need to finish my steroids. I am starting today. Know the plan by heart. My flaxseed is waiting for me to make.

The numbers don't lie.
Those darn numbers can be frustrating on some days.
Those numbers don't care about my thoughts and wishes.
Those numbers are determined to just show the facts.
It is a number game that has boundaries.
When I choose to ignore the boundaries, then there are consequences.

I am seeking to do better today.

Posting for accountability.

Still
Staying
Steady

I am playing with the numbers to see what lower calorie nutritious foods I can add while decreasing higher calorie food. My goals are ....
** meeting my recommended daily amount of the 84 vitamin and minerals.
** keeping protein highest as possible
** staying below 1200 calories

I am watching what happens to all those numbers if I add green beans and tomatoes while removing pinto beans.
It sounds so simple to be so complicated. :0
They say it is good to keep your mind busy, so here I am analyzing random facts.
